I hate to sound sexist, but I’ve got to ask this.
I’ve only been in two “Hooters” (the one on W 54th St in Manhattan and the one at the boardwalk entrance to the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City) but in both of those restaurants, all the Hooters Girls I saw were flat chested.
Why would a restaurant called Hooters, who’s claim to fame is it’s pretty waitresses in tight t shirts and booty cutter shorts, hire small breasted women as waitresses?
You would think that they’d go out of their way to get top heavy women with large breasts – since it would go along with the name!

haha im an x-hooters girl and like 80% of our staff had fake ones… but yes we definately had flat chested girls. most of us that didnt have fake boobs wore silicone inserts in our bras. suprisingly when you get hired there, they look at your face and whole body rather than your boobs, because if you have small ones, they assume youll do something to make them LOOK bigger. They like pretty faces, bc we were photographed so much. It also depends on the manager doing the hiring. This sounds shallow but I remember one of our managers always seemed to hire the ugliest girls… we never understood why…
So in answer to your question, faces are actually more important, but yes, youd think theyd try harder.

I don’t think they can turn people down if they have good experience, etc. People would probably get angry.

When they opened at first they all had big breasts but the labor board got on them for discrimation. Because they only hired big chested women. So thus there are small breasted women working at Hooters.

You know a lot of times if you have large breasts you also have a full figure to go with it,and as you know a full figured woman wouldn’t fit in them shorts, but i have heard remarks about Hooters servers being flat chested before, if there going to focus on the shorts maybe they should change there names to Buns. They have bras you can by with water in the cups to make you look bigger, maybe this should be part of Hoooters uniform.

big or small ,i haven’t seen no bad set yet .look at it this way ,if you find one that aplease you , buy her a set ,as big as your wish,then go in to her work place and have her wait on you .

… And the survey says “C-cup” is the most favored by most men closely followed by B-cup.
Besides that, a girl with big ole hooters can usually find a decent man so she doesn’t have to work. Them there skanks at the top-less joints are gonna be the leftovers of society
