First, eating in Vegas is not expensive, since the casinos expect to make money on your gambling, so they practically give away the food.
I recommend picking your favorite meal, then making time to eat that one in comfort. Most casinos have a fast food court,so you can grab a breakfast or lunch sandwich easy enough.
For dinner, I can recommend the “broiler” inside Palace Station on W. Sahara (at Rancho) or head north on main street from the Stratosphere to get to the Fremont street experience. There is a Tony Roma’s in the Fremont hotel there.
One last piece of advise: don’t bother with coupon books because your have to wait in long lines just to get something “free.” It is never worth it.

Eating here isn’t that expensive. You just have to know where to go. All casinos have buffets, some better than others.
Also, there’s a Jack in the box about a block away from the Strat. Stay away from the Sahara buffet. Trust me. There’s also a Marie Callenders. 600 E. Sahara Ave. it’s close by.
Come to downtown and check it out, I like this little resturant
in the Golden Gate casino on the corner of Fremont and Main St., good food and very reasonable prices. At night you can also check out the light show on the Fremont canopy every night from 6p.m. to 12 a.m. , and it’s free. It’s very cool.

The Palace Station has an excellent buffet! It’s my favorite. But all the hotels have buffet for cheap. So you will do fine with your $60.00. And you will probably one need to go to the buffet one a day. If you like hamburgers go to In and Out. They are the best and inexpensive.
Tony Roma’s for barbecue and PF Changs for Chinese.

theres a pretty cheap buffet in the saraha, which is across the street. by cheap i think like 12 dollars or so
