Can I Make My Bank Remove Credit Card + Echeck Charges From Purchases Made At An Online Casino?

October 12th, 2009

My understanding is that its illegal for a bank to transfer money to online casinos. I have $2000 in credit card and echeck charges from an online casino. I gambled away that money and now I want it back. Do i just call up the bank and say, hey these were purchases at online casinos, please reverse the charges.

Its impossible, you knew the risks you make when you deposited. If you won you would never ask to reverse the charges. You should accept thats its your mistake and not someone elses.
EDIT: No, noone will give you your money. You have double standart, if you win you wouldnt ask for recharge, if you lose you ask for your money. Gambling is that, you risk money for win money and you know if you lose the money you will never see them again. Thats pretty clear and everyone knows it.

You are a lowlife. You gambled and expect an entitlement because of what you think is “illegal”.
Lemme guess if you are American you will vote for Obama or Hillary right?
