You definitely need a bar, even if non alcoholic beverages, have someone make smoothies or non alcoholic beverages for your guests. That would be fun. Also for the tables for snacks and foods, try to find or make some blackjack, roulette, poker cloths from materials at JoAnns, Michaels, Party City? A really fun game also, have everyone bring a gift or if you already sent out invites, you can give every guests or selective guests a number 1-72 with 0 and 00, simply supply little gifts like: candy ornaments, funny hats, toys, holiday socks (some cheap things you can find at payless, big lots, 99 cent store) and get a roulette spinner and raffle off some prizes. If it lands on 5, that person gets a prize. You can even make it interested or it could get confusing to have like the number is even, everyone with even numbers hug the person next to you.
Sounds like a lot of planning :) Have fun and happy bday!

Some great party gifts would be personalized decks of cards. There are quite a few websites which will print lettering or pictures on decks of cards for fairly cheap.
You want to go with traditional Casino games than I recommend BlackJack, Three Card Poker, Four Card Poker, Roulette, Craps(or C-lo cause craps is complicated).
Make it into a contest, give everyone $1000 chips at the beginning of the night and the person with the most at the end gets a special prize.

I just had a casino party it was fun…
get a blackjack table(or table cloth) start all the guests off with a certain amount of chips(if you don’t want to play with real money). The person that ends up with the most chips wins a prize.
We also played bingo and gave out starbucks gift card out to the winners.

There are a million kinds of poker that you can play…”pass the trash” or traditional “5 card stud”
Or you can play the best casino game ever, BlackJack. It’s fun..I play it at real casinos every week for hours and hours.
Can I borrow some money, I want to play now?

Have a lot of finger foods like hot wings and stuff. If you go to party stores they have casino themed stuff like tablecloths, silverware, etc.

    Indian poker
    here are the rules:
♥ One card Guts. Each player puts the card on their forehead, seeing everybody’s card but their own. Highest card wins.
This is not the game for everybody, due to its simplicity and lack of any relation to actual poker. It almost found its way into the Non-Poker Games section but it is typically played as a Guts game. Even the name of the game is politically incorrect. The game involves each player putting a card on their forehead, a la feather on the Native Indian headdress.
The dealer deals a single card to each player. At the same time, each player raises the card to their forehead, but not so they can see it. The card is placed face-out on their forehead so that each player can see everybody else’s card but their own. There is a declare round, where each player calls “in” or “out” on the strength of everybody else’s cards. Everybody who calls “in” throws their cards down. Whoever has the highest card collects the pot. Everybody else who called “in” matches the pot and the game continues.
    Strip Poker:
There are a number of different ways in which this can be organised.
♥ Play a game of poker without betting – maybe draw poker with a showdown after everyone has drawn the cards they need. The player with the worst hand (or maybe every player except the winner) must remove an item of clothing. This version is described in more detail on the Sunshine Nudist Club site.
Dave Sawyer has posted detailed instructions for a highly playable version of Strip Poker based on draw poker, and using an original two-chip mechanism to allow players to fold, but not too often.
Poker with betting. The levels of bet are various combinations of truth, dares and removal of clothing. Again, details can be found on the Sunshine Nudist Club site.
Play poker in which each player has a limited supply of chips. Anyone who runs out of chips has to remove an item of clothing to buy more. This version could be rather slow, but it is the basis of some of the Strip Poker software that has begun to appear.
Another version of Strip Poker is the basis of an American television show. It is played between two teams, two men against two women. The teams take turns to ask each other questions: if a team answers correctly they choose one of two cards to add to their hand; the other team gets the other card and removes an item of clothing. A more detailed description can be found at the Strip Poker Online site. From 2001 until late 2003, Finland’s Subtv had a similar program called Räsypokka, hosted by Jaajo Linnonmaa. Unlike the US version of the game, the Finns allowed complete nudity on their show. I am told that hundreds of pictures from Räsypokka are available in the stripgameshows Yahoo! Group.
♥ Each player is dealt 13 cards.
From the 13 cards, each player makes 3 groups or sets — two containing 5 cards each, and one 3-card set. The 5-card sets are known as the “middle” and the “back,” while the 3-card set is called “the front”
To make the three sets, there are certain rules that must be followed. The “back” 5-card hand, must be the highest hand, while the “front” 3-card hand must be the lowest hand. The “middle” should by default be the middle hand. Straights and flushes do not count in the 3-card “back” hand.
Once each player decides on the cards that make up each set, he places each face-down in front of him, with the “front” set farthest away, then the “middle”, then the “back” closest to him.
After all the players have put their sets down, the players see whose hands beat whose.

Now here’s where it gets tricky: In Chinese poker, instead of playing for pots or betting during the game, the game is played for “units” or points. Each “unit” counts for a pre-decided amount of money.
Instead of a winner-takes-all result, players win units from every other player whose front, middle, or back player they beat. In other words, you could lose two sets to one player, but beat the other, and also beat the other two players. If the hands are equal, its a tie and neither player gets a unit.
To further complicate matters, you can play that the player that wins 2 or 3 of the sets gets an extra unit, or with hands that win bonus units, for instance, giving extra units for straight flushes or four-of-a-kinds.
    Tips:
Use a paper and pen to keep track of units won and lost.
