Casino Game Ideas For A Teen Party?

September 3rd, 2009

We’re having a casino party for my daughters’ 13th birthday. I’ve got most of the party planned, but I need one more game idea.
Here’s what we have for games so far:
*Bingo
*Black Jack
*”Pirates’ Dice” (it’s a game from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean)
*Roulette
I want games that can pretty much run themselves so that we don’t need an adult at every table. There will be adults at the party, but I’d rather have them circulate among the games and not be stuck being a “dealer”.
(Also, this probably goes without saying but I should probably mention that we are NOT playing for money. The kids will win tickets that they can exchange for prizes. So please, no lectures about the evils of gambling… this is no more evil than an arcade, and actually it’s probably less evil than that because it’s not costing the kids anything.)

    Chinese poker
    Faro
    Four card poker
    Let It Ride
    Mambo stud
    Pai gow poker
    Red Dog

    Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker
    Three card poker
    Two-up

Video poker online would be good you could set up stations with laptops. You would need at least 2 for this. You would also need a wireless router so you can set it up in the party room. They have video poker online for free.

Texas Hold Em. You need some kind of poker game, and Texas is pretty easy to play. It’s also a game that everyone can be in at a table (instead of black jack when it’s just one person at a time, and bingo and roulette arent that fun, never played pirates dice).
