(you can also get balloons in red black and white if you cant find the symbols) take some big boxes (as many as you want) paint them white and draw black dots on them (as dice) get jumbo playing cards and stick them to the walls or wherever. lots of flashy lights would be cool too! there are places that you can rent casino games (they have people dealing cards…etc) also.
