I lost money but I found out how the casino operates and how the rigged game results can be proven. If there is someone who can find me a lawyer who will take this case I am willing the share a percentage of the recovered money.

Oh yeah. You lost with your unbeatable blackjack system, therefore you’re being scammed. Really makes me want to give you all my money.

You’d be better off spending your time and energy lobbying the Obama administration to reverse the unspeakable stupidity of the Bush administration.
Bush took the position that gambling was evil (despite the massive positive effects on the economy), and as such broke various international trade agreements we made with the rest of the world, and tried to make it semi-illegal to gamble online. There are a lot of gray areas, and a lot of stupid decisions. But the bottom line is that all online gambling is offered by foreign companies that operate outside American jurisdiction. There are a few exceptions. Some of the corrupt politicians who drafted the laws over the past few years were bribed to, for example, allow online horse race betting and a few other gambling activities.
So back to the present day, the solution to your problem is to allow American companies based here in America and subject to our laws operate online gambling sites. Then they can be taxed and regulated and safe.
Until that day comes you have to take your chances that your online casino is honest. So do plenty of research before you play.
I don’t know how much you lost, but hiring an international lawyer and fighting this will be almost impossible. So like I said, campaign for the much needed law reform that would allow dozens of major American companies to open proper online casinos.

almost impossible – not sure how you PROVED it – although many people claim online casinos are rigged as its software designed to work for the house not the player.
Problem is that its outside of US Jurisdiction so a lawyer can file on your behalf but its impossible for this country to force company in another country to pay you
They will say you gambled and with that is risk – TOUGH LUCK
Thats why vegas or Atlantic city or Indian Casinos there is Gaming Control boards – Because all casino licenses are valid under the state law they exist in they HAVE to pay you when you win , they can bar you, but if you win they have to pay you and they cant purposely cheat you, they have to abide by standard rules of the game.
hate to say it but odds of you getting your money back from online casino thats fraudulent is pretty low:(

ALL online gaming sites are offshore; i.e., NOT under U.S. jurisdiction. So, lotsa luck finding an international lawyer to represent you in an international court.
Cut your losses and learn from your mistake.
