I know of a little place called craigslist.com that has a section in it called “gigs” that you can post a free ad.
You will have to set up a free account, then go into “post an ad on craigslist”. You can state what you want in an area near you for free.
I have seen guys post for topless or nude women to attend parties at U of Florida parties in this area a lot, for instance.

Check with some of your local organizations: Knight of Columbus, Eagles, VFW, Moose, etc. They often sponsor casino nights. They can help you tremendously.

The place where you are renting your wheels, tables and such will be able to connect you up with the people you will need to run your Casino Night. If you are having TRUE GAMBLING, check with your local government agency to see if you need a one day gambling license,

look in the yellow pages under party- they should have some dealers listed in there you can hire

I put poker dealer for rent in the search field.
This on may work, you will need to find one in your area.

Not sure where you are but there may be a casino dealer school in your area. (If there is legal gambling in your state.) Students might be willing to do it more affordably. Try Craigs List too, I’m sure you can find someone that way.

well i would try to get one of my family members because stuff like that cost alot of money. but i would probably go to a casino and and ask for people like that.
