How Do I Get Some Programs Back After A Pc Recovering?

I did a PC recovery and I can’t seem to get back into play my games party poker, party casino. They are tellling me that the passwords are wrong?

    Caps lock, numbers? Request a temporary password and go to your email and use it, then set it back to what it was afterwards, that should fix it.
