I Have A Question About Playing On An Online Casino ?

June 1st, 2009

Lets say you won some money with an online casino and you cashed in your winnings. Can they screw you out of the money you won ? They all seem to be in another country since online gaming is illegal in the USA. Can someone comment on that ?

There are sites that are rip off but you can use the list at http://www.bettingwise.com/usagamblingsi...
to find good USA welcome site.
I suggest you Intertops because its really the best USA welcome site.

All they have to do is screw a few people and word gets around and this ends up putting a hurt on their business. As far as casinos associated with sports books go, at least with the major sportsbooks, as a rule these places are much safer than the stand alone casino. As for the Caribbean there’s nothing particular to being from there and some of the largest and most reliable online gaming firms are located there. There are some small fly by night outfits out there although for the most part online gaming sites make so much money legitimately there’s no need to rip anyone off as it would be like killing the golden goose. You never just want to deposit money at any site though without first reading some good reviews.

If you already cashed in the money you won, once it’s paid back into your credit card or other payment provider; how can the online casino screw you then? You’ve gotten paid already. :)
I wouldn’t trust the online casinos based in the Caribbean – especially those that are casinos attached to sports books – from what I’ve heard, they are the most untrustworthy. However, most of these no longer operate online due to the crackdown that the USA has been implementing.
There are many more however -based particularly in the UK and Germany – as well as the USA, that are more than trust worthy – try those that are eCogra approved – eCogra will also publish the casinos’ payout percentages and you can look for an online casino with a top payout percentage – that means, that players win more, the higher the percentage rating.
Being in another country does not in anyway put your money at risk, except in the cases I previously mentioned. In fact, playing at online casinos based in Europe particularly will assure you some fun and guaranteed winnings – paid back into your account. One of these online casinos, based in Sweden I think, has one of the most excellent reputations out there in the cyber world. I’ll give you the link below.

Well, that all depends on what casino you choose. There are 2 simple rules you must follow.
    1. Make sure the casino you choose are fully licensend
    2. Read the rules regarding bonuses and such (so you do not use bonuses on illegal games etc).
If you do follow those rules you should be safe. From personal experience I would reccomend http://www.laislacasino.com and http://www.megakings.com they are both fully lisenced Playtech software casino’s

Many sites are simply scams! They take your money and you do not get paid, or they have bad programs, or many other issues.
You are pretty safe at the major sites, but then two of the biggest, Absolute Poker and Ulitmate Bet just had some major cheating scandals where super users could see everyones hole cards.
Be careful! Here is a link to an online poker room and casino blacklist!
    Avoid these sites: http://www.thedoverpro.com/blacklist.htm
And you can play poker legally online in the US at USA legal sites. You can use your regular credit card and you are protected by US law. And you get paid fast by check. Here is a link to more information:http://www.thedoverpro.com/legalpoker.ht…
    Good luck!
    Good luck!
