The problem is the USA sites doesnt accept debit/credit cards from USA. They accept Echecks or All Access Visa Gift Card, so you can cashout in check. But who knows, if you are able to deposit somehow with that credit card they have to return the winnings in it. You can find USA sites at http://www.bettingwise.com/usagamblingsi…
I suggest you Intertops.

Credit card companies stopped allowing these types of payouts. While you will still be able to find sites that allow you to pay into your account with a CC, you won’t be able to cash out in the same manner if you have an American credit card.
There are sites that offer easy eChecks for deposits and withdrawals, you can also get a free bankwire withdrawal at some sites as well. Check out the reviews at http://GamblingReviewsSite.com for the most up to date information.

you will not be able to deposit using an US credit card to any casino/poker as financial instutions are forbiden to process such payments. You can imagine that is the same thing for withdrawing the money.
The only way is using another payment method like prepaid cards, western union…After the recent law suits where US government is in process of closing down the gambling doamins accepting US players, many providers stoped accepting players since yesterday, Nov 10th. A few still accet us players, like this onehttp://www.gamblenext.com/best-online-ca…
your choices are quite limited at the moment, but hopefully this will change with the new administration
