Not in the UK once it is a registered company.
Haven’t you seen all those banners on sports websites?
It is illegal in some countries for religious reasons, ie Muslims.

…but there isn’t a chance the UK authorities will do anything similar. Gambling is illegal in 50 states in the US, always was, but it’s perfectly legal on this side of the water and I can’t imagine that will ever change.

For the record, it’s not illegal in the US either. The recent legislation was targeted at banking and financial institutions – not players. There has been much confusion over this issue but you can find plenty of online casinos happy to accept US online casino players here:http://www.casinotimes.co.uk/online-casi…
