I never had a problem with sportsbook, but I would strongly advise you *not* to use any online casinos, especially if you are thinking of playing with real money.
Instead, use the online casinos for “practice”–they almost always have free versions of the game that allow you to “bet” smaller amounts (usually up to $100 or $200 per hand) so that you can develop a feel for the game.
After that, you want to make sure the free games are not secretly rigged in your favor–it is possible for them to give the player an edge so that they are more likely to want to wager real money. To do this, go buy 4 or 5 inexpensive decks of cards, shuffle them well, and play the game against yourself with an unstacked deck at normal house odds.
If you do well at this, then go to a casino with money that you can afford to lose, watch a table for a little bit, then sit down and start off with the table minimum for a few hands. If you are feeling adventurous then try more.
