Disputes? You have to be more specific, i can help you but tell me where the casino operates from and the problem. To the guy below, are you drunk? That’s a tough one. I’m not sure they fall under specific regulations because they operate online. You might try the Better Business Bureau in the state in which the website owner is located. Be aware that laws may conflict, because you are probably in one state and the casino in another.
That’s the only free resolution agency that comes to mind.

Because most if not all the online casinos operate off-shore, they are outside the legal grasp of the U.S. legal system. The only possible recourse I could conceive of would be to fly to where the casino operates and see if you canget resolution that way. No matter how you view it, it is an expensive way to fight your fight.
