Is it lawful for a online casino to hold a deposit of one’s own monies until a certain wager requirement has been met. Im not trying to withdraw a bonus just money deposited by myself. Can anyone point me to any case law or precedent of any kind of the subject. thanks.

Yes, its okay, if you actually just deposit and withdraw your money that would mean you actually got no deposit bonus and that is not the case. Everything is stated in their terms and conditions and I know because all of the online casinos have almost the same terms and conditions. When you deposit you get bonus in money, to be able to withdraw you must meet the requirements, if you dont want the restrictions simply write them email BEFORE you deposit that you dont want bonus.
