I was in Las Vegas for a vacation last week, My boyfriend and I stayed at the Stratosphere, we, came out of the hotel/casino and walked around the corner and there was a neighborhood that looked run down, does anyone know this area behind the stratosphere? If so, why doesn’t anyone clean it up?
