About 1 month ago I used my credit card to buy poker chips online. Since then I have been winning some and losing some, but overall winning and even cashed out a small ammount from the Casino.
About a week ago the site locked my account because they think I was colluding with another play which is not true. I’ve tried negotiating with the Casino but they are convinced that I was teaming up with another player. They are basing their claim on about 1 hour of play where the other player and I sat at the same table and were only involved in 4 hands together.
They locked my account with over 20k USD in it, but nearly 10k of that was the money I had deposited with my CC(via a known 3rd party processor). My credit score is very good (around 750) or so and there is no way in hell I’m losing 10k of my own money on top of being robbed another 10k that I won. How do I explain this to my CC? I don’t want to get them in trouble for violating the UIEGA act, I just want them to get their money.

I suggest you try to send mail to the administrator of this site and try to withdraw after that all your money from this site. Use only secure sites. For example, use big sites that has over million registered users like Betfair. There you will not have problems. http://www.betfair.com
If you register there do it with this code ANGMRGLHE It is for 50 $ bonus after you stake a total of 50$ and more bonuses later depending on your activity.

What online casino were you playing at is probably the most important as there are those that have never had a reputable
reputation and they give a bad name to online gambling. If you need help go to the forums at the http://www.casinomeister.com/, http://www.gpwa.net or the http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/. Let them know what has happened and I am sure thast your situation will be rectified if they are a reputable casino.http://www.best-online-casinos-and-gambl…http://www.best-online-casinos-and-gambl…
