Rent the movie Casino Royale, and look at how the women are dressed. Try to get an outfit similar to what one of the women in the movie wears. (You can fast forward if you don’t want to see the whole movie.) Since this is a work party, I would go with something as conservative as possible while still being in keeping with the theme.
