Just keep a tally of that (ie 5 to the flop, 3 to the turn 5+3=8 bets). Then multiply it by the smaller limit. in a 3/6 game, 5 on the flop is a total of $15 and with a bet and two callers equals 3 bets for a total of 8 bets. 8x3=27 dollars.
