Bally’s is the most centrally located but I like the Tropicana. It is vintage Vegas and close to NYNY, MGM Grand and other ones. I think all other ones you listed are way to far north of the action with the Strat being the furthest north.

Bally’s (the original MGM) is the only one of those that I have ever stayed in. It’s the the middle of the strip and accessible to the tram and most of the shopping and better hotels. I usually stay at the Mirage or Treasure Island.

Bally’s! It is in the center of the strip and connected to Paris so you have easy access to surrounding hotels. It is also a monorail stop so you can easily get anywhere. The casino is actually small in comparison to some, but you can walk into Paris or across the street to Bill’s Gambling Hall. So definitely Bally’s.
Then the Tropicana. It is at the south of the of the strip: next door to Hooters and across the street from Excalibur, MGM Grand and New York New York. They are also home of the $5 tables. No matter what you will find a $5 table in Tropicana.
The Stratosphere and Sahara are way at the North end of the strip and are literally in the ghetto, especially the stratosphere. You really don’t want to stay on that end if you can help it. They are not really close to any other hotels without a cab ride or monorail trip.
I don’t really know anything about the Riviera.

Well it depends on what your looking for the stratosphere has alot of entertaiment and of course the rides on the roof. but it is also at the end of the strio but you can get to the center strip in 5 minutes so..

Bally’s has a poker room and is connected to the Paris so you do not have to walk outside to get there. I have stayed there and enjoyed the location close to the Bellagio.

I agree with Bobby B … but if I had to choose from your list, I’d stay at Bally’s; solely for the location (center strip).

I will not stay in any of those hotels. I will rather stay at the Mirage, Mandalay bay, Treasure Island, MGM Grand, Luxor, New York, Monte Carlo or Excalibur. Use promo codes to get great deals at these hotels or go downtown for better gambling odds.http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/special.h…
